A simplified version of our property management charges.

Our fees & rates

Our fees, charges, and rates are mainly involved the following three things:

1. Full-service property management

We provide full-service property management at the rate of 8-10%. Our in-contract hourly fee is $55 for maintenance calls and repairs.

2. Maintenance contracts

We also do maintenance contracts with a $20 per unit fee with a minimum of 5 units and $55 per hour.

3. Non-contract work

Our hourly rate for noncontract work is $85 per person-hour.

Price comparison

Not all properties are created equal. In the same vein, not all properties need the same services.

It also depends on many other factors, such as the property type, size, features, complexity, local rules & regulations, etc.

Other tasks related to property maintenance are not required for everyone, such as eviction, early termination, higher vacancy, etc.

Aside from these, there is more work, such as initial account setup, creating lease agreements, regular inspections, etc.

That’s why we will provide customized solutions based on your unique needs.
